Policrom Coating Gloss W/T AQ

Low Odor, High Gloss, 1 Sided Packaging Coating

 

Policrom High Gloss AQ was formulated to be a very high gloss, 1 sided packaging coating for use in sheetfed and flexographic applications with minimal odor. It has excellent flow and leveling. An extended delivery is recommended for drying.

 

Features:

  • High Gloss.
  • Low Odor.

 

Directions:

Mix before use and check viscosity. Add 1% water or 50/50 blend of Water/IPA under agitation to reduce coating viscosity 3” # 3 Zahn.

Policrom Hi-Gloss UV

Policrom Hi-Gloss UV is a 100% reactive overprint workhorse varnish UV coating. Can be used inline coating and curing over heatset, UV, hybrid and HP indigo inks using blanket, roller or Anilox coating.

Dull (Matte) Coating

 

Policrom Matte AQ was formulated to be a low gloss 1 or 2-sided coating for use in sheetfed and flexographic applications. It can be used with some glues, foil stamps and UV top coatings. TEST BEFORE USING!

  • Streak resistant.
  • Good flow and leveling.

Policrom Satin W/T AQ was formulated to be a medium gloss 1 or 2- sided coating for use in sheetfed and flexographic applications. It can be used with some glues, foil stamps and UV top coatings. TEST BEFORE USING!

Policrom Soft Touch AQ

Aqueous Soft Touch Coating

 

Policrom Soft Touch AQ is a matte coating with a soft “leather” feel for use in sheetfed or flexographic coaters. Policrom Soft Touch AQ has a matte/dull finish (Gloss 2 - 10, depending on substrate and application thickness.) It is NOT RECOMMENDED as a primer for hot foil stamp, glue, or UV topcoat.

  • Soft-feel, leather-like finish.
  • Matte.

 

Directions:

Must mix before use and check viscosity. Add 1% water or 50/50 blend of Water/IPA under agitation to reduce coating viscosity 4” # 3 Zahn.
